As most of you know, I am actually a full-time teacher, so writing is another passion of mine! I have decided to use 2019 as a year of the blog, and what better way than to add this to my other part-time passion-photography? I have been studying photography since I was in elementary school. My father is a fabulous photographer, and I guess I got my passion from him. He no longer photographs anything, but I do hope to make him passionate about the art again soon. I also lost my passion for photography for many years-or maybe I just didn't have the time, but the itch came back about six years ago. Now, I spend my weekdays teaching and my weekends studying about light, angles, cameras, and anything else I can think to research that will refine my skill. I hope you opt to follow my 2019 journey as I continue to improve on my skills and showcase some of my favorite subjects--people!! For now, you will have to settle for a few images I took of my two favorite girls (my daughters) after a snow storm in December!
